It is an exciting time to be involved in the world of antiques and collectibles. As the economy appears to be taking a bit of a pasting, there has been a renewed interest in all things collectable… During this Credit Crunch, it seems that everyone is looking at what they have and wondering how much it could be worth.

I have spent many years helping value and sell other peoples collectables through my time with The Sunday Mirror newspaper and over the course of presenting or co-presenting several hundred television shows for the main UK network channels. I have written all sorts of articles too for many of the popular magazines: from BBC Homes and Antiques and Woman’s Weekly, to several years as a writer/expert for Collect it! and The Daily Mail’s Weekend Magazine.
